the project is an urban insert at raipur, ahmedabad, india.
malls are large scale developments and occupy many sites in the city thus could be designed in a sustainable fashion so as reducing the overall energy consumption of the city.
also they could be helpful in offering a vital urban element of public space.
the design learns from the traditional bazar, in order to achieve, social, economical and environmental sustainability and thus leading to a sustainable development.
