banana seems to have all the attributes of the comfortable door-handle. pentagonal section reflects the shape of a rolled palm, allowing fingers to wrap around the handle in a natural manner, while the arc shape enables comfortable and solid grip. material used in the project - anodized aluminum - contrasts with the organic and curved form of the banana fruit. by breaking the color and texture associated with universally known object it offers an opportunity for unique design experience.
