augmented daily help by reymond pierre-antoine from france
designer's own words:
The project main idea is to use augmented and mixed reality to help the user in daily life actions and tedious tasks. The sevice can used in many situations.
The service is split in 3 main categories :
1) In a huge commercial mall, the device will help the user to find his way with a usefull wireframe map wich he could resize for "entering inside" the building. Many virtual itinaries could guide him too in the place, or help him to find a shop/restaurant he could already knows.
2) The service could also help to see what is broken in the user's car (or in an electrical appliance) even without opening the car hire.
3) A final help could be in the context of an Ikea furniture's purchase. The augmented reality will show to the user how to assembly his furniture with 3D mounting videos.
With a global service basing on mixed reality, vision + touching & earing the users (mostly between 15 - 35 years) could be helped in every day life tedious actions and could even improved their own skills in localisation, reaparing & DIY.
That is the purpose of "augmented daily help".
