Apple handbag by TOSHI YAMAOKA from japan

Wooden handbag of apple shape openwork with inner bag of indigo-dyed cotton fabric.
The handbag is made by thin wooden body and leather side gusset, which are sewed with leather lace.
The shapes of apple on the wooden body are cut or engraved by laser beam.
The kind of the wood is Sawara cypress now.
We plan to use the thin board from the Hirosaki apple trees that finish producing apple fruit.

The dimension of the bag is as follows:
