The “Anatra” chair has a familiar look with a new face. It is a stool with a duck style back. Since the “Anatra” chair is based on a stool, it invites the user to sit in a casual manner. Sometimes teenagers will sit on a chair facing the opposite direction with the back in front of them. They may also sit on the “Anatra” chair facing side to side with the back to their right or left. The duckbill on the back of the chair becomes a usable surface. It allows the user to put a drink on a surface while chatting. Also a person on the next chair can put their drink on the duckbill of the adjacent “Anatra” chair. This would be in a group setting of several “Anatra” chairs. The seat and back will be made of tinted transparent acrylic. The white ring on the seat will be rubber. The legs and hidden back support will be metal. The feet will be rubber.
