the aeronave hardware set is a fusion of new and recycled material, brushed stainless steel and recycled glass. the glass will have either a satin or clear finish to it. the steel portion represents permanence and the glass that of fluid transparency.
The name aeronave was given in response to the handles airstream shape indicative of the great airships of the past. we particularly like the use of recycled glass in this hardware which will give the handle both a rich weight and texture without the visual bulk.
the hardware can be used in both a left handed and right handed situation and is designed to be used with a standard rose and latch combination similar to many of colombos’ existing designs.
