The idea is to “borrow” a vertical site on an existing end wall, place a prefabricated staircase against it and add 1- 4 small rooms on the wall. The staircase will be the infrastructure up and down the wall between the private rooms.
The homeless are given an (temporary) address, a neighbourhood to sleep in, a mattress, their own room.
