i wanted to create something that originates from simple shapes. i always loved the tangram puzzle because it allows you to be create your own shapes with restrictions (the size and shapes of the 7 pieces). i started out with all seven pieces found to many variations. for the moleskinerie logo i would like a more simplified concept. so i reduced the pieces to see what results i would get. i ended up with two pieces. i love the fact that both are triangular shaped.
