512Pb is an interactive lightinstallation consisting out of 8 matrices of 64 bright white LEDs. The LEDs are individually adressible and give shape to the X- Y- en Z-coordinates of a one cubic meter cube.
The goal of this installation is to experiment with virtual boundries. How can art in public spaces effect people and visa versa?
A camera system captures the movements of visitors. The processed data is directly translated into fascinating lightanimations.
