4Rs+1A defines as Re-cycle, Reduce, Re-use and Reprocess plus Advertisement. This concept is derived a street lamp advertisement. If the lamp head can be replaced by a recycled product, tooling cost of a new lamp head can be saved and no raw material will be wasted. As now LA is promoting LED to be used in all street lamps (app. 14 million), High power LED is proposed in this design. With a simple design in terms of appearance and manufacturing, the 4Rs + 1A will be served.
