10:10 by Arush Baluja from italy
designer's own words:
having the hands at 10:10 position causes your eye to naturally follow to the trough, thus bringing your view right to the trademark. in this case it would provide a visual balance to the complete door, moreover a bump for the thumb would provide the ergonomity required to grab and turn the handle.
now here, the small lever behaves like a rose of the handle, giving support to the handle. the middle cylinder, is provided with a bump to provide direction to the thumb, as our thumb always seeks rest on a product we grasp.
the belt like structure has also been kept relatively thick, as our hands do not like grasping into the void. materials like steel(18/10), copper & brass would be most appropriate to give affirmative look to the handle on any door.
