"I created an illustration of Matsuyama flower known as "Yabutsubaki".
I expressed a sense of this red-colored full of life. The flower color and design is bold but with a simple tone. I chose to participate in this competition because Ehime prefecture is also my hometown and a deep emotional connection with the town of Matsuyama. I also wrote a message in the picture to convey the beauty of Matsuyama's nature seen in its icon Tsubaki flowers."
