MILAN DESIGN WEEK 2025 COMES TO A CLOSE
From big installations to product reveals and exhibitions at museums and galleries, Milan Design Week 2025 reestablished its role as the world’s biggest event in the design calendar. As every year, designboom was on the ground to speak with creatives exhibiting in and out of the fair, and cover the most intriguing shows around the city. We reunited with Philippe Starck to kick off the week with an Instagram takeover, followed by an exclusive talk with Flos at the Rinascente – you can watch the recap here. At Highsnobiety's Not In Milan exhibition at MAGMA, we participated with a selection of iconic table lamps, exploring one of design’s most fundamental typologies. We also held a panel discussion to dive into MCM and Atelier Biagetti's Pet Therapy collaboration, which invited guests into a green oasis of playfulness in the heart of the city.
