Designed by architect and fire survivor Premysl Kokes, the unique devices take the form of a giant steering wheel or a customizable shield that ensures accessibility and protection, while blending stylishly into any interior. The innovative design allows the user to feel like a powerful superhero straight out of a comic book.

HUSSECHUCK: a bright red steering wheel

 

The Hussechuck fire extinguisher takes shape as a bright red, steering wheel-like device that can be operated with just one hand. Its distinctive color is a reference to the devices that have been manufactured for many years.

 

The fire extinguisher can be mounted on any wall and takes up only 80 mm of space. The design safely hides all elements such as the trigger, safety lock or seal from unauthorized tampering. According to Amplla’s team, the Hussechuck model is ergonomic, intuitive and environmentally friendly. It uses a powder extinguishing agent of the highest quality; with 4 kg of powder you can extinguish the same fire as with a 6 kg extinguisher.

Like the Hussechuck, the Shield is a one-hand fire extinguisher with a flat design that hides all essential features to prevent unauthorized manipulation. Apart from a fire extinguisher, the Shield becomes a decorative element in any interior. As mentioned on Amplla’s website, the device comes clad in a variety of colors and patterned fabrics that can complete any living environment.
