the project expresses these fundamentals through its focus on minimalism and functionality, providing a construction system of basic bent plywood and hand-turned solid beech wood components. the smooth curvature of the main body has been shaped from the combination of the top rail, arms, and seat. this laminated shell, which features a voided backrest to reduce the amount of material and surface area, is supported by an apron that intersects the round legs.
