SOHN depicts line drawings into the one liner series chair

through a three-dimensional line drawing with wire, SOHN presents the ‘one liner series’ chair, a piece that explores the relationship between objects and space, the flat and stereoscopic. the result is a seating object influenced by a line drawing made by picasso that looks like a chair, but is functionally designed as a stool.
SOHN seeks to tell stories by finding new values and reconstructing relationships. as shown with the ‘one line series’ chair, they provide new and witty experiences through non-traditional shapes and functions. the design tells the story of a line that follows a simple path that tricks the eye and mind with its complex yet simple three-dimensionality.
