during the 2010 salone del mobile in milan, ronan & erwan bouroullec present two tables designed for magis. 

‘central’ bistro table Ø 600 x 720 mm

‘central’ is a bistro-like table conceived for daily use. the idea behind its simplicity is to ensure that it can adapt to a number of environments–both indoor and outdoor applications, as well as residential or commercial uses, such as on a terrace of a café in paris. the three-legged base is made from die cast polished aluminium, with circular table tops available in the same material or high pressure laminate panel. the ‘central’ table’s foldable top makes it easy to store away.

alternatively, the ‘baguettes’ table follows the form of a traditional, rectangular, dining table. the die cast polished aluminium and extruded polished aluminium base supports a top surface available in either glass, slate, quartzite or high pressure laminate panel which can be removed, and interchanged.

the delicate aluminium base supports a solid table top
