english company nudie boards presents their handmade, 70’s style longboards and skateboards made from hardwood. the shaping and sanding process begins with a 20mm thick piece, tapering it from the center out towards the edges to give a retro surfboard aesthetic. this construction also enables for the object to remain light, whilst keeping a level of strength and stability in its core. each unique skateboard is hot branded, numbered and is able to be personalized with a name or message applied before the finish layer is added. only natural oils and waxes are used to seal them with water based based polyurethane varnish put over the paint. partnering with premium skate companies: seismic, paris and bones, ensures that the highest quality ride is achieved from their components. soft seismic avalon 68mm clear urethane wheels, famous paris v2 180mm trucks with soft 1/4 inch risers, bones super reds superior quality steel bearings, all help to maintain a buzz every time the wheels start rolling.
