‘relaks cafe and bike repair shop’ by super super + moko architects

aiming to create a distinctive interior with the use of a very limited budget the café by super super and polish firm moko architects has become the new meeting place for the local community and attract customers on bikes from warsaw.working with an existing children’s clothing store, the renovation implements some of the pre-existing elements, such as the wood paneling on the walls and the terrazzo tiles on the floor.

by incorporating mosaics compiled of scraps of different types of panels fitted together to form a graphic pattern, the arrangement creates a modern yet warm atmosphere of the interior fabric of the room. the open space provides plenty of seating and will also be used for art exhibitions – where the hybrid cafe bicycle repair shop can also be turned into a bike store.
