Since its inception in 2011, Prostoria has evolved from a local manufacturer into a globally recognized design-led company. Under the guidance of founder and CEO Tom Knezovic, the furniture manufacturer has established itself as a hub of creativity and technical excellence. ‘At Prostoria, each new design starts as an experiment that we really believe in,’ Knezovic shares. ‘Although we have 20 engineers in our R&D department as well as designers, we are all involved in the development. We all comment, discuss, listen, and lead. It’s this horizontal process we enjoy. Along the way we’ve faced many challenges but the journey has taught us lessons in change, growth and resilience.’
