dutch design studio polyseam inc has devised ‘inspiration infinity’ as a pattern that seeks to visualize thoughts in the form of a textured object. jolting people out of the hum drum of the everyday, the work is projected onto the sides of buildings and trains and printed onto common items such as t-shirts. the engrained texture aims to make a statement that can be repeated over and over again – similar to the human thought process, a resource that behaves in a never-ending manner.

‘the product is a visualization of the mindset of people… if people can see these big textures they will pay more attention to things in their surroundings. people need to think more about what they see, they should not accept everything automatically.’ says the designer.
