the black hole bag collection is part of a wider initiative patagonia has committed to. the brand is moving toward 100% renewable and recycled raw materials, already having made efforts to remove 20,000 tons of co2e by using recycled content in just one year.
patagonia’s goal is to be carbon neutral across our entire business including our supply chain by 2025. ‘by using both synthetic and natural fibers made from pre-consumer and post-consumer waste, we are limiting our dependence on raw materials and reducing carbon emissions,’ it says.
the collection’s 25 offerings come in various colors and styles including wheeled duffel bags, tote packs, backpacks and hip packs. the collection is available online where you can learn more about the brand’s environmental initiative.
