passoni single speed and top evolution bikes at milan design week 2015

showcased in the zona tortona district during the 2015 milan design week, passoni exhibited both the ‘single speed’ and ‘top evolution’ bikes, which are both crafted from titanium grade 9 tubes. sections are made using differentiated thickness, drawn and reinforced, with the head tube, bottom bracket and dropouts all CNC machined from grade 5 titanium. the ‘single speed’ bicycle features their project runway dropouts that can be replaced using stainless steel slide-ins. as well, its components include; attack cinelli track, curve cinelli pista and seatpost PMP. the product is left with its pure titanium finish and color, but has graphics which are sandblasted on.

in comparison, the ‘top evolution’ bike is also left with a pure titanium appearance with sandblasted applied graphics. however, as well as its aluminum replaceable gear plate, it features a columbus straight tusk fork that is personalized especially for the brand. furthermore, it features shimano dura ace 9000, attack cinelli dinamo, curve cinelli dinamo and veloflex carbon components.
