One Hundred Shoreditch, the newest addition of modern and glamorous hotels from Lore Group, is set to open its rooftop and kitchen, bar, and restaurant named Kaso, on July 5, 2024. Highlighting Middle Eastern creations by chef Ilknur Celik, Kaso offers foods, cocktails, and entertainment all year long. Nestled in buzzing Shoreditch, East London, One Hundred rooftop was designed by Lore Group Creative Director Jacu Strauss.

One Hundred Shoreditch (see here) was launched in 2022 and joined the Lore Group independent hotels. The 258-bedroom hotel boasts various and elegant places to relax, eat, drink, work or just stroll around with a lobby and bar, the Seed Library, the new rooftop Kaso, the North Two restaurant, as well as a wellness area. Decorated with contemporary artworks and paintings, the hotel makes any guest feel at home whenever they come to London.

Marbled interiors with pink-hued elements highlight Kaso’s designs with a high contemporary feel, from which visitors can further admire the impressive East London skyline. The terrace is located on the 7th floor, features 50 seated covers plus 70 standing additional spaces, and is covered by green lushes and plants, bringing a fresh breeze to the rooftop. In addition, guests can enjoy selected music by local and international DJs/ musicians.

kaso’s endless summer nights on the 7th-floor terrace

Kaso was born from the idea of an endless summer night and the menu was created just along the lines of making the hot days last. The Turkish and Middle eastern food offerings go hand in hand with Ilkurn’s vision and experience as a chef in Soho House Istanbul. The cocktail menu is also poised to impress the visitors with the infamous Kaso Spritz conceived by the new bartender Victor Gervasio.

‘I’m delighted to be working so closely with One Hundred Shoreditch for its new bar and kitchen concept. I’m so excited to be back in London, where I’ll be cooking my favourite food in my favourite neighbourhood. Our small plates are inspired by my Turkish roots and feature some personal family recipes from home – with quality, fresh and seasonal produce at the heart of our menu, alongside delicious, fruity cocktails and a really great vibe on the rooftop, We are excited to re-open our doors in July and welcome our hotel guests, friends and neighbours to Kaso,’ says Head Chef, lIknur Celik.
