ateliers tersi (who has been hand-making shoes since 1934) has embarked on an artistic collaboration with different creatives, asking them to develop a limited edition of four pairs of shoes to be manufactured by the french workshop which shares the concept development and realization of each collection on their website.

matali crasset inaugurates the initiative with the vision and theme of ‘life in technocolor’. her footwear takes its influences from the dynamism and splendor of femininity; focusing on the urban woman and the cities they inhabitat, the ground in which they walk, constantly in movement.

‘l’arrogante’, ‘la capricieuse’, ‘l’absolue’ and ‘l’audacieuse’ are each distinct and conceived for different aspects of a woman’s life – from a day at the office, relaxing with friends on the weekend, or heading out for a night on the town. using black as the base color of her shoes, matali enhances their uncomplicated lines with geometric motifs that are rendered in the primary colors.
