johnny depp’s $12.7 million USD penthouse in downtown los angeles is on the market. situated atop the landmark eastern columbia building, the collection of five multi-floor penthouses includes 11,500 square feet of living space with nine bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. vibrant hues, loud patterns, and graphic motifs abound, with a diverse collection of art and media collaged across the apartment walls. facing the dining room, and adjacent to a series of large windows, is a monumental mural by brazilian artists OSGEMEOS spanning the interior wall, forming a colorful and playful setting in the residence’s primary eating area.

kevin dees of partners trust real estate agency tells the wall street journal that depp added doorways to connect three units together to use as entertaining spaces, while the remaining two penthouses served as an art studio and a guest suite. the penthouses also include a ‘leisure terrace’ — a sprawling outdoor space with a sky deck, swimming pool, spa, lounging cabanas, outdoor fireplace, and fully-equipped fitness studio.
