jasper morrison: trattoria chair for magisall images courtesy of magis
jasper morrison has conceived ‘trattoria’ for italian furniture manufacturer magis. the furniture piece draws its references from the classic wooden chairs, with woven seat and back rests often found in the many casual restaurants in italy, for which its name is also derived. morrison’s version features a solid beech frame, with the typically jute entwined components rendered in polycarbonate, giving it an updated look. the ‘trattoria’ chair is available in a range of colors, including: blue, yellow, red and green.
