chair by jaime hayon for andtradition
spanish artist and designer jaime hayon has created a chair for copenhagen-based furniture company &tradition. the organic body is carved from wood, reflecting the forms of the human body for an ergonomic seat. the arms extend from the back, doubling as both a rest and a support. although the shell can be left exposed, the chair can also be upholstered in kvadrat wool or leather. the legs are customizable, either in steel or wood, with a range of different available shapes depending on the situation for which the seating object is intended.
