IKEA is selling flat-pack chocolate bunnies

IKEA applies its flat pack approach to chocolate bunnies. thankfully, the three-piece bunny doesn’t require an allen key and will therefore less likely cause an argument between you and your loved ones.

launched in honor of the holidays, the DIY sweet treat is made up of three parts: a main body, the ears, and a set of legs. VÅRKÄNSLA is a variation of vårkänslor which is the swedish word for ‘spring fever,’ which describes ‘an increase in energy, vitality and, in particular, sexual appetite’ as the seasons crossover, according to wikipedia (the most reliable source).

‘go ahead, play with your food,’ IKEA advertises online. ‘that’s what this certified sustainable chocolate bunny is for. it’s easily assembled, only three parts. And when you’re finished playing, we bet you’ll enjoy eating it, too.’

the bunny contains a minimum of 30 percent cocoa and is UTZ certified, which means sustainable farming standards and safe conditions are ensured for workers. the bunny is available for $2.49 at IKEA’s US stores, incase there’s still someone you need to buy for.
