HYGGE celebrates anniversary with limited edition watches by major W.M tse

after graduating from the hong kong polytechnic university in 1984, british product designer W.M. tse has been producing watches bearing worldwide known brands, including mercedes benz, lanvin, porsche, azzaro, charles jourdan, and many more. for his latest venture, he has applied pure horizontal and vertical lines in the form of a gridded glass pattern to the ‘HYGGE 2089 limited edition’. 

the minimalist design with a gridded pattern

the simple details are meant to contrast its round center, offering a unique expression and distinctive look to the two color models: MSL2089GR(LM) and MSL2089BK(LM). the work is a unisex miyota movement watch looking equally stylish on men and women. from its clean shiny stainless steel case to the leather strap, each material has been carefully selected to assure the best quality and reliability of japanese craftsmanship. ‘everything on earth should not exist nor appear more than it needs to be. therefore, I would like to make my creations barely minimum, minimal and generally quiet there for being appreciated.’
