For the thirtieth time, Proposte 2023 draws open its curtains, tapestries and other furnishing fabrics to welcome exhibitors, professional buyers and consumers in a festival of fabrics. Situated at Villa Erba, Cernobbio by Lake Como, the three-day trade fair coincides with Milan’s Salone del Mobile to encourage cross-visits for a complete interior design trip in Northern Italy. The 30th edition unites local and international professionals by displaying the work of 78 exhibitors: 29 Italian and 49 international.

For Proposte 2023, the fair welcomes wallcovering experts such as the French manufacturer Linder and Italian manufacturer SIRPI JV. These new exhibitors are joined by 10 companies, including the Turkish Vanelli Tekstil, who return for the first time since pre-pandemic days. This marks the significance of the 2023 occasion.

‘Proposte, held at the Villa Erba exhibition center, is a ‘must-attend’ event in the world of furnishing fabrics and curtains’, comments Alessandro Tessuto, president of Proposte.

Two excellences – Proposte and Comocrea Interni – join forces for 2023 to make the visitors’ experience more complete. Comocrea Interni, the textile design exhibition, has a reserved area in the exhibition center. The Ala Regina is dedicated to 18 designers who, over the years, have presented their collections in parallel with Proposte.
