DRASS's utilitarian D-ONE diving helmet is designed for better comfort and safety

Since 1927, Italian company DRASS Galeazz has been designing and manufacturing innovative diving systems. The latest product from DRASS’s Livorno HQ is the D-ONE Commercial Diving Helmet, which offers divers a number of enhanced features for improved comfort, operability and safety. 

The DRASS team first embarked on the D-ONE project back in 2017. Among many of its enhanced features, the helmet’s ergonomically engineered rear-angled design allows for a more comfortable experience providing divers with an improved range of motion with decreased fatigue, especially when facing upwards. The helmet also offers an increased and optimized visual field with a simplified donning and removal process.

Divers can customize the D-ONE with a number of add-ons including a camera and light, a welding shield, a water shroud, and a defogger. Designed by divers for divers, Drass says it’s confident that D-ONE will prove indispensable to operators in this technological and demanding sector.
