launching in 2020, corsari jewels is a brand that aims to reconsider the old stereotypes around the jewelry world and to celebrate a new idea of preciousness. the brand, which produces jewels in resin, takes inspiration from the classics and reinterprets them in this new material, challenging appearances and sense.

at first glance, the corsari jewels look like precious stones — hard and heavy. upon further inspection, the pieces reveal a semi-rigid and light gem in resin that shines like a natural stone because of the characteristics of the material itself. all in one piece, the stones are connected to one another through a transparent layer of soft resin which allows to maintain the brightness and color of the stones while adding a touch of sensuality.

made up of a multidisciplinary team, corsari jewels brings together design, communication and craftsmanship. ‘products arise from the experience of andrea corsi (corsi design), whose work is focused – since 2003 – on shaping the resin in a wide range of homeware pieces signed by international designers,’ comments the official release. ‘leading the style and the design is manu ferrero, ready to fly with her own wings after a life (as a buyer and product developer) dedicated to follow the paths of big names like priscilla carluccio, the conran shop, jasper conran. the creative direction is entrusted to roberto merlini e giacomo ottone, the dynamic duo behind the timeless and brilliant red carpet diem payoff.’
