hanssem envisions a new paradigm with the fusion of eastern and western design styles. as asia’s leading interior and furniture group, hanssem is in the process of planning an incubator program that is set to replace any type of defining creative aesthetic, with a more universal one. one initiative in which it aims to do this is with the international design competition: changshin — which means the creation and innovation in eastern asia — that seeks to develop a new way of living for the 16 million people living in that part of the world.
