karimoku is a japanese wood furniture manufacturer with more than 70 years of experience in the field. in 2009 they launched karimoku new standardi, exalting their deep understanding of craftsmanship, bound together with technologies, to build furniture that meets the highest requirements of quality and sustainability. the castor series designed by big-game consists of a bench, shelf and colored stools which are made by using a small diameter of oak. the latest extension includes a sofa, a low table, and a dining bench and is being presented at imm cologne 2016.

the ‘low table’ is conceived as a companion to the ‘castor sofa’

the ‘castor low table’ is based on the design of a previous element of the collection, and although simple at first sight, its well-thought design makes it a versatile side table for different types of interiors and for various applications. like it’s over series companions, this piece is also made entirely of solid japanese oak wood.
