the design studio of arash and kelly have taken the familiar paper clip, and amplified its size so that it serves as a hook and hanger, ideal for storing magazines or fixing your coat. edited by memphis for their post design home alone collection, ‘big clip’ offers functions similar to those of the popular office supply from which it is fashioned. made from solid 10mm chrome plated steel rod, measuring 28cm in length, the fasteners can be linked together forming a longer chain from suspension from the ceiling, or are available in a version that comes with a mounting hole for the purpose of hanging items directly onto the wall.
