atelier JMCA designs rotating work & turn multi-purpose table

the ‘work & turn’ table, is a CNC-cut and milled project by french studio atelier JMCA. competed at volumes’ paris co-working office fablab, the furnishing can be used as a dining space, cooking station, or multi-purpose work area. ‘work & turn’ gets its name from its ability to rotate 180°. this is accomplished by creative leg design, which allows them to folded to 120° to provide rotation clearance. in addition to its rotating surface, the station has embedded plugs for laptops/devices/etc., and two extension leaves that make the piece more than four meters in length.
