the engineering and design team at attitude autos in oxfordshire, england have built an adult-sized — and completely drivable — version of the familiar little tikes cozy coupe. the nostalgic ‘toy’ car has been modeled from a daewoo matiz, which has been stripped of all its interior elements, leaving the steering wheel and pedals. after about 1000 hours of work, the frame was welded and drilled together, LEDs were used as both indicators and rear fog lights and the trademark red and yellow colors were applied as paint. entirely functional and reaching speeds up to 70mph, the BBC took the car for a spin around the streets, here.
