the A’ design award and competition aims at highlighting excellence in design and architecture, and their related industries, from around the globe. each year, projects that focus on creativity, innovation and technology are recognized — regardless of whether or not they are still in the conceptual phase, or already realized — and it is the A’ design award and competition’s intention to promote these superior ideas to a more international audience. while completed projects receive the opportunity to be published, reaching new markets; those winning works that are still in their conceptual phase will be introduced to business people and companies, in order to make their products a reality.

with registration now open until september 30th, 2015, the A’ design award and competition invites you to submit your innovative ideas for review by the organization’s international jury panel of academics, design professionals and press members. these individuals operate under a special methodology that offers a rigorous evaluative criteria, blind judging process, score normalization, cross matching and more in order to provide a fair and ethical outcome that rewards only the best designers and firms that deserve A’ design award recognition.

participants are invited to enter their schemes to the more than 100 main categories of the A’ design award and competition which include: furniture and homeware design; architecture building and structure design; lighting products and projects design; packaging design; interior space and exhibition design and vehicle; and mobility and transportation design. the intention of hosting 100+ sectors allows you to register under the area most relevant to your work, and promotes the organization’s emphasis on showcasing the multiple creative niches and disciplines out there.

laureates of the ‘A design award and competition are not only garnered with recognition, credibility, publicity and international awareness for their work, they also receive a comprehensive and extensive kit which includes a number of benefits. the A’ design prize pack offers winners advantages like an extensive PR campaign focused on their selected project which is translated into 20+ languages for global distribution, along with communication to print and online magazines. they are also given feedback notes by the jury, and included in the world design rankings to name a few. winning projects are also featured in an exhibition, published in a yearbook, with winners invited to gala night for networking where they will receive an award trophy and certificate. full listing of all the benefits of the winner’s pack can be viewed here.
