Civic Creative Base Tokyo (CCBT) is a new hub in Shibuya designed to be a platform for exploring the evolution and intersections of art and technology. CCBT primarily hosts ‘art incubation’ programmes, where artists can open up their creative processes to the public, which not only encourages dialogues on artistic expression but also allows the artists to explore new ideas. From time to time, there will also be workshops that address social issues through art and technology, and exhibitions on the work and designs of creatives working in the digital field.
