the lake collection of carpets by raw edges for golran, are an iridescent series of tapestries, whose interwoven op-art technique renders them capable of moving from vivid to deep color tones, depending on the angle they are seen from. the rugs adopt influence from israeli sculptor and experimental artist yaacov agam who — together with victor vasarely — revolutionized the world of optic perception in his art. his lenticular work has produced 2-dimesional images with an illusion of depth, or which have the ability to change as it is perceived from different angles.
