slovakian vallo sadovsky architects have transformed a fully glazed interior facade of an administrative area for the WBP online company branch. as the entire area receives an abundant amount of sunlight, working on the computer becomes extremely difficult because of glare problems, overheating during the summer months. by creating a regulated system that would not limit the functionality of the shades, an enhanced row of rotating panels divide the space into two parts; the first introverted ‘chill out’ area can be completely isolated from sunlight and the office environment – the second zone includes two meeting rooms with a coffee bar. one side of the 45 remote controlled rotating panels are veneered – the other side is left white, making it possible to adjust the ambience of the working environment at anytime.
