peng zheng designs times property's product experience center in china

designed by peng zheng, ‘time property’s product experience center’ is located in in the sixth floor of grandview mall, in tianhe, district of guangzhou city in china. the interior architecture project is a composite and innovative commercial space that uses a real experience of space to explore more possibilities, including living, artistic and commercial aspects. its main objective is to explore a new one-stop business model for buyers to acquire a house through innovative ways.

the experience center by peng zheng consists of five different areas: art gallery, drinking area, reading area, life experience area, and business negotiation area. in addition to information about real state and a showroom, a variety of art interpretations of what ‘home’ means are shown in the center. an open design space allows for organization and flexibility.

art gallery 

‘timing home’ creates a variety of experiences, including a cultural salon, art exhibitions and an academic forum, as well as business meetings, small conferences and fashion shows. its design hopes to encourage people to get out of the virtual world while achieving face-to-face interactions. customers at ‘timing home’ not only experience life but can also share with others their look on lifestyle and art, making it an aesthetic space full of vitality and stories. it is filled with coffee and books, and also with the idea of ‘timing’ that generates a collective memory about the feelings and experience of what a home is.
