Morelewska Wojcieszek Architektki unveils residence in warsaw

Morelewska Wojcieszek Architektki transforms the challenges of a narrow urban plot into Weave House in Warsaw’s Ursynów district. Spanning 525 square meters, the residence comprises two distinct units, each shaped into a pavilion-like form. The architects employed full facades strategically to shield the interiors from neighboring plots, ensuring privacy while maintaining an open and airy feel. Generous openings frame views of the lush greenery and introduce abundant southwestern sunlight, enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Weave House intertwines intimate spaces with the natural world

A material palette of natural finishes softens the overall appearance of the building, adding warmth to its atmosphere. This choice underscores the designers’ vision of intertwining private enclaves with nature, crafting intimate spaces where the built environment coexists with the surrounding world. Morelewska Wojcieszek Architektki overcame the complexities of the narrow plot and surrounding urban density by focusing on spatial efficiency and aesthetic coherence. The result is a functional, light-filled, nature-inspired residence that maximizes its compact footprint.
