Miguel de la Torre mta+v introduces AYG House

Miguel de la Torre mta+v composes AYG House in Mexico City unfolding across four carefully articulated levels. The entrance serves as a curated introduction, setting the tone for a journey through interconnected spaces seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings. Each area unfolds with purpose, as communal hubs seamlessly intertwine with guest retreats, fostering tranquility and creativity. The open kitchen gracefully extends into the living room, dining area, and terrace, emphasizing expansive, interconnected spaces.

AYG House merges built structure and natural environment

The primary sanctuary is attuned to the occupants’ most private moments. Beyond functionality, the design team engages in a thoughtful orchestration of architecture for tranquility and personal refuge. The narrative culminates in the creative enclave, where a music studio and library coexist, linking functionality and aesthetics. A perimeter garden harmoniously integrates the residence into the surrounding nature. The careful curation of spaces and the harmonious dance between the built structure and the natural environment define AYG House.
