located on the northern coast of bahia in brazil, ‘tivoli eco resort’ comprises 293 apartments, all oriented towards the atlantic ocean. the individual units are built from natural materials, and are surrounded by lush gardens. the project, completed by brazilian practice jacobsen arquitetura, offers extensive recreational facilities, providing guests with three restaurants, a convention center and an exclusive seawater spa complex.

part of a sustainable development, the entire scheme is designed to preserve the region’s environment, evidenced through the use of locally sourced materials. the on-site convention center consists of two large volumes which can be divided into five smaller rooms, used for banquets, seminars or other social events.
