intimate iyo boueki jewelry showroom designed by uchida shanghai

multi-disciplinary studio uchida shanghai has completed a small showroom for iyo boueki on shanghai’s yan’an west road. the small space, which deals exclusively with the sale of pearl jewelry, is constructed predominately with laminated 19mm bamboo. all elements, including furnishings, were created with a natural palette representative of shanghai styles and techniques.
