about the IV department
for over seven years triptyque has developed self produced projects thanks to its real estate department: IV. in 2007, the four members of triptyque designed and developed the house ‘harmony 57’, which became the signature project of the office and the first case of the real estate IV. the creation of the IV department comes from a desire of the triptyque partners to invest in exclusive formats, marking a strong step in the agency’s history.
