renowned brazilian architect isay weinfeld will redesign miami’s south beach hotel property ‘the shore club’ as part of a complete overhaul of the existing building. working as both the project’s architect and interior designer, weinfeld will convert the existing 309-room structure into a luxury complex containing approximately 85 condominium residences, (ranging between 1-3 bedrooms), and 100 hotel rooms. new york-based HFZ capital group are the developers behind the 3-acre oceanside property. stay tuned for designboom’s further coverage of the project.
