H3D7 apartment showcases function, simplicity, and efficiency

Situated on the third floor of a residential building in a quiet area of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, the H3D7 Apartment by oh.hi STUDIO combines functionality and modern design. The building’s floor height aligns seamlessly with a canopy, forming a horizontal expanse that extends the verdant landscape into the living area. Prioritizing privacy, the apartment is a harmonious blend of living and workspace. Emphasizing the essential aspects of a three-member household, the project avoids unnecessary decorative elements focusing on a simple and convenient layout. Interconnected kitchen, dining, and living areas unfold in the heart of the apartment. Wooden flooring covers most of the zones creating a cohesive atmosphere.

the interior layout arranges dynamic multifunctional zones

Dedicated to the youngest family member, the smaller one-person bedroom incorporates a bunk bed, providing a sleeping area on the upper level and a versatile ‘base’ for various activities on the lower level. The slanted ceiling strategically directs attention to a large window, enhancing the perceived spaciousness of the room. Balancing tranquility and functionality, the master bedroom serves as a sleeping space and a dynamic online workspace. Sliding doors separate the areas, offering flexibility to adapt the space to evolving needs. Aligning with the family’s lifestyle, storage functions are cleverly integrated into a dedicated room. oh.hi STUDIO‘s strategic design approach optimizes personal space, enhancing overall functionality.
